Jill Pechacek M.D. received her medical degree from the University of Iowa College of Medicine. She completed her residency and board certification specializing in family medicine at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center, Swedish Family Medicine Residency Program. Dr. Pechacek is co-founder of Aspen Family Care, established in 1997. After exploring the new and exciting field of medical aesthetics, Dr. Pechacek, along with her partner, Dr. Matt Claussen, founded Aspen Medical Aesthetics in 2008.

Dr. Pechacek has undergone extensive training and has earned certification in facial rejuvenation performing aesthetic treatments with Botulinum toxin type A (BOTOX®) and dermal fillers such as Juvederm®, and Radiesse®. She has also received advanced certification in Laser Hair and Vein Removal, Laser Skin Rejuvenation, Medical Microdermabrasion Treatments, Skin Conditioning and Chemical Peeling.

Dr. Pechacek is double-board certified in medical aesthetics by the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine and in family medicine by the American Academy of Family Physicians. She is an active member of the American Medical Association and Colorado Medical Society and continues ongoing aesthetic training and certification with the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine. Additionally, Dr. Pechacek was featured in 5280 Magazine in 2006 and received the “Top Doc” Award for family physicians.

Dr. Pechacek resides in Highlands Ranch and enjoys spending time with her three children, Hawk, Brooks and Hope. She has an active lifestyle and enjoys running, hiking, skiing and cheering for her beloved Iowa Hawkeyes.

Dr. Claussen co-founded Aspen Family Care in 1997. Inspired with the new and exciting field of medical aesthetics, Dr. Claussen and his partner, Dr. Jill Pechacek, founded Aspen Medical Aesthetics in 2008.

Dr. Claussen resides in Denver and enjoys outdoor activities including sports, running, biking, hiking, skiing, photography, painting, music, playing guitar, and gardening.

Christina “Chris” Arnold

Christina “Chris” Arnold is a seasoned Paramedical Aesthetician with advanced certifications in cosmetology, laser and specialized aesthetics. She lived in Brussels when European aesthetic technologies flourished. This exposure to the highly advanced, results-oriented developments in the skincare industry captivated her interest. Her passion grew upon return to the U.S., as she dove into the field with the vision of helping others through anti-aging aesthetics. Her highly personalized skincare philosophy is guided by patients’ individualized aesthetic needs, and allows them to radiate from the inside out.

A Colorado native, Chris owns a powerful understanding of the unique environmental effects of our climate and how best to treat patients who are impacted by it. She is passionate about applying her philosophy, training and knowledge to construct customized treatment plans for each patient at Aspen Medical Aesthetic.

Debbie Avrin

We are thrilled to have Debbie Avrin join our team at Aspen Medical Aesthetics! With board certifications in paramedical aesthetics, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, dermaplaning and a license in Cosmetic Laser Light Therapies, Debbie brings both great expertise and a caring, warm demeanor to her patients. Originally from Michigan, Debbie grew up with a deep interest in health and health sciences and developed a genuine desire to help people be the best they can be.
A trip to Colorado as a teenager opened Debbie’s eyes to the majesty of the mountains and the beautiful weather. She later made her move permanent, while earning her undergraduate degree in Microbiology from Colorado Christian University.

After living in Highlands Ranch for nearly a decade, she now lives a hectic but gratifying life with her husband and three very involved children in Castle Rock, CO.
